Sure thing Ivan. Comment tags were developed intially for webmasters to
leave notes to each other (according to the search engine help files). The
comments are enclosed in brackets such as <!-- your comments here -->
Since some search engines still read the comment tags for indexing, it's a
good idea to put your keywords in one set and description in another set.
I usually put a set of comments in the HEAD section and another set at the
bottom of each page. For the search engines that honor them, these added
comments can add to the overall rating of the keywords by having more of
them on a page.
