Actually that was directed at Tom. Judging by the other IRep's pages I
went to his hit count was lower than the others'.

Nope that's not what I was saying.
Okay, now for my .02. Tom... people will start to wonder what the
motivation is if there's any chance of monetary gain. You know that you
recommend MPC because of the deal they offer. We all have had it beaten
into our heads that promised deals on the net don't mean a hill of beans in
the real world. We all are very wary of anything that looks too good.
I think you'll find most people will shy away from MPC not because it's an
MLM or for any reason other than not believing in their (MPC's) ability to
follow through on their promises. Quite frankly, IMHO, the domain
'moreprofits.com' is enough to keep me away. I like profits as much as
anyone but to my mind 'moreprofits' almost always comes at someone's
expense. It really does seem to indicate where the mentality of the owners
is focused.
As for everyone else... all Tom did was breach a minor point of list
etiquette I don't think he was trying to be deceptive. (and there have
been a lot of people that we know may have been guilty of trying to inflate
their hitcounts through the list . Can't go headhunting at this late date.
<G>)
Again, another point for Tom to address if he can find the info on MPC's
site. How? How do they afford it? What's their hardware? What's their
pipe like? What backbone's are they connected to? Advertising copy is
wonderful but Most of us would like a little less sell on the MLM aspect
and a little more sell on how their going to mange to follow through on
their promises?
Assume we're listening and give us hard facts on how their going to follow
through. Then if things still sound as rosy you might get a few sign-ups.
Later,
A
