Here's what I use for my frames. The navframe has a red background and the
main
frame is white.
navmain.html (frame="navbar")
BODY BGCOLOR="RED" TEXT="BLACK" VLINK="BLACK" ALINK="RED"
home.html (frame="Main")
BODY BGCOLOR="WHITE" TEXT="BLACK" LINK="#00007F" VLINK="BLACK" ALINK="RED"
