But ... the bgcolor tag has to go between the body tags, yes? But since
the frameset tag is always used in lieu of the body tag, where would you
place the body tag with respect to the frameset tag? The only time I've
used the body tag on a frameset page is between the <noframes> tags. I
guess the question is are the frameset tags and the body tags mutually
exclusive?
