Jack, you are most welcome to use any part of that contract. As I
recall, I'd posted it in response to requests from this group (maybe a
year ago) for samples. I don't (and I no doubt should) have a terms and
conditions agreement, and would appreciate seeing whatever you (or
others) might be using.
