You can take a look at one of our sample contracts at
http://www.uniquity.com/sample_contract.html. I know there has been much
discussion on this list regarding contracts, and perhaps others can give
you links to contracts to peruse. Copyright has also been discussed in
some depth quite recently. Try going to
http://just4u.com/webconsultants/resource.htm for a wealth of
information on *all* subjects!

You will need to hook up with a IPP (Internet Presence Provider) where
you can also have your clients' sites hosted. Most of them will do all
the paperwork and registration for you (your clients). There is always a
set-up fee, as well as the domain name fees. We use Anaserve
(anaserv.com) and have found them to be most reliable and helpful on all
counts, as well as reasonably priced. (They also give you reseller
privileges and discounts.)
