Every once in awhile the industry uses a good word. Given that aggregate
means to gather an aggregator is pretty descriptive of a person who gathers
up ISPs (or design firms) like flowers for a bouquet.
I'm not sure if it's an industry term but it should be. (especially with
that analogy if you happen to be one. <G>)
