There it is. I keep planning on writing a web introduction to
creating a blueprint for jobs. So many, many people believe they
have a project and yet they have no blueprint, no strategy; just on-
the-fly tactics.
I have never seen a website which helps a person design a blueprint
for a web project. Any seen one?
