Jack, I think you hit on it. For that server, the default page is supposed
to be default.htm. I forgot to change the name, then when it called up
index.html OK, I figured, "hmm, maybe it doesn't care." Since i prefer to
have as few different page versions floating around as possible, I left it
that way and completely forgot about it.
My brain is long past mush.
