I have never seen such a beast, either. I'll bet there's something like that
on someone's intranet somewhere, at least in a basic format. I dunno, maybe
not, since there are so many variables, especially when you start
integrating a database behind the site. I can't see developing any web app
that would allow you to design the table structure of a db as part of an
overall blueprint. Maybe I'm just shortsighted? Really, I think that, with a
db driven site, there is so much customization that the db stuff can't be
templated out that way, unless you use, um, predefined templates, which
kinda dumps the custom aspect into the loo.
