Folks, I'm having a problem with scroll bars on this page:
http://www.tenderlovingcare.cc/
What happens is that when I go to the first page, there's no scroll bar. If
I go to another page, such as 'AboutTLC,' the scroll bar appears, then when
I hit the TLC Home link to go back to the first page, the scroll bar shows
up.
Here's my frameset stuff:

BTW, new Javascript error has started popping up too, but that should be an
easy fix--no need to tell me about it.
