Sorry. I forgot the dot com. Guess my fingers got tired partway through
that horribly long URL.
http://www.endlessriveradventures.com
The slide shows are still there, in the kayak instruction/workshops and
Ecuador and Costa Rica sections. Feedback from readers is that they *love*
the slide shows. They want me to add more action shots too (many of these
were from beginner clinics on lake and easy running water.) If I can get
them to send me adequate photos, I want to add a super action shot show to
the staff section, with lots of images of each of the four instructors
doing their most awesome stunts--stuff that'll blow the minds of the
average kayaker.
Ironically, the client has never seen the slide shows, as she's on an old
browser, not real computer savvy, and 2500 miles east of here. She's the
main reason I want to change to html pages.

Yes, that's a thought, I could do that.

I'm not sure I have the brain cells to cope with that -:). It was terribly
confusing getting the three TLC shows' content to suit the client. They
kept changing, adding, deleting images ad infinitum.
>From my view, the advantage of a slide show is that it enables you to make
a lot of photos available from one page *without* forcing the reader to
look at them. It's an opt-in kind of thing, where the reader can keep going
as long as he or she wishes.
