Those are the only two categories I can think of. My current favorite
example of a specialty item web site is Antique Guns (www.antiqueguns.com).
Talk about a specialty item....

I've heard that folks like netgrocer and peapod (the two grocery store
online sellers) are barely braking even, and we've all talked about
Amazon.com, so my current theory is that the specialty item sites have a
much better chance of breaking even.
