I doubt... maybe with VBScript but it works only on new release of
MSIE... and actually what the desktop is on a Unix machine and
on a palm top?
Anyway with MSIE you can drag and drop a link to the desktop, I
think you can do the same with NS but currently my NS machine
has borrowed its mouse to one of my new machine that isn't on my
LAN... just try???
You can suggest to your visitors to drag and drop a link to their
desktop but... the internet isn't windows
