exchanging $28 Canadian for $20 US. Office space is $1.50 to 3.00 a
square foot, and programmers are paid $30 to 40,000 Canadian. My
advice to Alley and Digital Coast companies looking to expand their
resources? Buy a small Web or software shop in Canada, and drag &
drop some work North of Border at Madison Avenue consulting rates.
