Except for the Canadian federal government, which is about three years
behind :) Though this works to my considerable advantage, because it's
increasingly me to whom various ministries turn when it's time to do major
updates and improvements. So I shouldn't bite the hand that feeds, I
suppose.
Dunno what it is about bureaucrats -- and also teachers/academics, I've
noticed -- but they do tend to create the absolute lamest sites when left
to their own devices, for some reason.
