Don't know if I can relate to it. Sure, their sourcing process is
completely unsuitable to finding Internet related service companies. But
we did do several intranet modules for Agriculture Canada (using CF back
when 3.0 was brand spanking new), and working with them was a pleasure.
Besides, being three years behind isn't a bad thing. You'll be able to
come in to a new gov't contract looking like an Internet psychic :)
