    Nor, till I noticed the temperature difference on my CPU between
running Windows and running LInux, how much more efficient Linux must
be...  Running Linux, my 486 cpu is warm.  Running WIndows 95, it becomes
painfully HOT!  And some thingsseem to run run about three to five times
faster under Linux.

   The nice thing about Linux, is that you can build your own comands to
do things that you want to do.   Of course, it is easier to say to
yourself that this just can't be done, so I might as well go out and do
something else.  But you know, history does not remember those who just
went out and did something else...  (And remembers precious few who DID
anything anyway, but...)

    (I've just had a Linux crash due to a power failure... so am posting
from another account.)
