Two frames questions--please help! I've always avoided frames but have two
clients insisting upon them, so this frames newbie needs to learn fast!
1) I've tried everything I can think of to get rid of frame borders on a
page with a white backgrounds but am still getting them in Netscape. What
am I doing wrong?:

2) Is it possible to do something like this with frames, or am I just
driving myself nuts in vain?
If so, can I do it with one entry page or do I have to bring a separate
html page into the bottom right third (A and the frame below it) to create
the uneven divisions?

"A" would be the only scrolling frame. The others would just be borderless
frames to hold logos and navigation bars in place.
