OK, I took a better look. Try this:

1. move frameborder, border and framespacing into the frameset tags
2. check your quotes. i see this in one of the frame tags:

BORDER="0 "scrolling="no"

That's a mighty ambitious frameset! I must admit I can't quite figure out
what you're trying to do. Can you mock up the rectangles in a single gif,
stick it on a server and supply an url?
