Hi Suz:
Try this instead:
<frameset frameborder="0" border="no" framespacing="0" rows="130,*">
I'm just finishing up a site with totally seamless frames at
http://www.flossaid.com. You can go there and borrow some code if it'll
help.
Can't visualize your other problem, so sorry, can't offer any help
there.
