Rich is right. Of course any survey is worthless, since they are all on the
payroll of Bill Gates. There are obviously more copies of Linux installed
and operational than the number of molecules in the atmosphere. The entire
computer industry is wrong, the marketing people are wrong, the analysts are
wrong. Any moment now, Microsoft will collapse and it will be apparent that
Linux is the world standard. The US Army uses Linux. Wall Street runs on
Linux. The Soviet Empire uses Linux. Even the Pope uses Linux.

One! One! Obviously an indication that over 20,955% use UNIX!
Of course, market surveys are totally worthless. The only people who do
market surveys are marketing people, in order to predict and plan their
marketing strategy. With an accurate number of percentages, they know
whether to develop this or that. But obviously that's self-interested! And
probably on Bill Gate's payroll.
Much better to use "Well, all of *MY* machines use that, and I personally
know two others, so clearly, *MY* favorite tool is the world standard!" This
is clearly unbiased and objective.
