I recommend setting SCROLLING="AUTO" on your left frame. If you view it at
640x480 resolution ("low end" PC res), with SCROLLING="NO" (as you have it
now) the bottom links are not visible or are partially obscured (depending
on whether the user has large buttons showing on the top of his/her
browser). Making this change will perhaps mess with your intended design
when the viewer looks at it at 640x480, but at least they'll be able to use
the links.
Also, for bookmarkability, you may want to consider loading a new frameset
every time the main content frame changes. As it is now, the url in the
browser never changes from http://www.hellofriday.com .
