     Like Brent, centered text is a peeve of mine. I think the trap for 
designers it they know what the text says and don't actually read it. 
All text in print media is left justified. Anything else is for special 
effects.

      Unless I knew exactly what to expect, I wouldn't take the time to 
download a file, open it in Word (not to mention security risk), and 
read it. I would suggest an HTML formatted paragraph with a link to the 
Word document. If Eric doesn't grab them in the first paragraph, he's 
not going to grab them.
