Just out of curiousity, do they assign you a fixed IP for this?

Our Centrex phone system allows this (it is, in essence, just a little
network of its own).  It requires a fixed IP though, to link the
mailboxes.  We'd love to get around this if we could . . . but I'm not
aware of any solutions that allow it yet.

hence, if this one does (though in a different way), it might be a good
lead.
