Filemaker is a fairly decent database program.  I use it on our local
intranet and once you master its proprietary "CDML" as it is called.  You
can do alot with it.  The wonder of FM4Pro is that it has it's own built
in web server.  It does not need you to configure NT in any way special to
run it's web server.  It is worth looking into the possibilities I would
say.
