Is anyone using HTML Transit 3.0? It converts Word docs (and a number of
other formats) into HTML. It's much more aware of a doc with complex
formatting. Furthermore, it adds a bit of style plus it auto-generates an
HTML'ed table of contents.

I'm looking at it on a client's behalf. The trial download works fine. It's
$495 and the client is balking at the price, but it'll save them quite a bit
of money.
I'm interested in other opinions, experiences, or alternative solutions.
