It's not paranoia.  Microsoft is one of the most predatory, vicious,
underhanded, unethical companies I've ever seen, led by a greedy pig.
They have done *nothing* to further the progress of computing, mostly
because they've never invented anything (except "Bob"...and my, what
a resounding success that was) and because their entire business model
is based on marketing hype and scumbag business practices, not technology.
They are the ultimate leeches, and they deserve to be treated as such.

Which will happen.  Their products are obsolete; they're facing
competition from a revived Apple and other commercial entities,
as well as a burgeoning freeware marketplace; and the DoJ is whacking on
them in court.  I said five years ago that the 'net would be Microsoft's
Waterloo, and I'm absolutely delighted to see it starting to happen.

Although I know it probably won't come to pass, I look forward to the day
Gates ends up in prison.  It's far better than he deserves.
