My mistake. According to my boss, Web "developer" and  
Web "designer" are one and the same. The job we're looking to
fill is actually for a designer. A matter of words perhaps, but I'm
disappointed that the title Web developer was misinterpreted, and,
I suspect, chosen based on the fact that it sounds more impressive
than "designer."
