Must? I said that it would be a great help if this person could do X, Y,
or Z. I never said it was a requirement. <sigh>
Most "help wanted" ads say "must have A, B, and C, would be nice if you
had X, Y, and Z". Then we pick the best fit from among the responses.
That said, as I said to Suzanne, we've had somebody like that the last two
summers running. So it's not like no such person exists in the world.
