You probably can't go wrong with any of these three.

I and a significant proportion of print designers use QuarkXpress, mainly
because it got its foot in the door in a big way 5 or 6 years ago. Warning:
I've heard that the newest version 4 really sucks. Try to get your hands on
version 3.2 if possible. It will import Word text, but I don't see "mail"
or "merge" mentioned in the manual's index.

I'm not familiar with the Epson model that you own. If it doesn't have
Postscript built-in, you'll need to buy a Postscript interpretor. Epson's
Postscipt software is expensive. We use Birmy PowerRip which is much less
expensive and does a good job. On our Epson 800 we get the best, easiest
results printing straight from Photoshop without a Postscript interpretor.
