        Gee, I think you are beginning to mix these people up.  Should this 
person understand how log files work? Where I work they never heard 
of referer logs until I configured the server to give them to us.  
This sort of thing apparently puts me in a 'propeller-head" class.  I 
think not.  I am just curious, buy plenty of books, subscribe to 
mailing lists and read usenet groups.  Find someone who does that.

        You are really mixing them up.  Would someone who uses Linux use 
Front-Page?  I would not be caught dead using Front-Page.

We are now securely in left field.  This person must also be a 
salesperson and account executive.

I would advertise for an outgoing, intelligent person with a lot of 
curiousity, stubborness who enjoys learning.  They would have to have 
their own domain.  I got my own domain after about 3 months on the 
web.  I switched hosts 4 times in 6 months.  

I would search the web/usenet for their email address.  If it doesn't 
appear anywhere then what have these people been doing?
