If you'd like to list the products you've evaluated, maybe I can add some
more to your list. In the meantime, if you haven't looked at SalesLogix, you
might want to take a look:

I haven't used it, but did some research on Contact Managers/Sales Force
Automation tools a few months ago and this one struck me as rather powerful
and customizable.

Also, if anyone has any experience with SalesLogix, I'd be interested in
hearing comments.
