I agree. Accept the fact that you will never come "first" in MS
priority list. Accept the fact that MS can not design specific
solutions for overly-generalized needs and make a profit without
controlling things in a way to forward their own interests to the
detriment of others. Accept the fact that the corporate design
mentality is simply not well-suited to developing good computer
programs.
And then spend some time doing something about it, finding a *real
solution* to your needs, and supporting it ;)
