I'd cut my teeth on Redhat again, if I were to do it again.
OpenLinux is currently a nice bundle, given what Corel is dumping into
by way of office products.
Some thought might be given to use. If you are putting on a box that
will be net-connected, once you get the base package on there,
everything is downloads. This makes getting the office suites easy. If
not, you might wanna buy something that comes with tha full package of
what you want on CD . . .
If you're buying a box to run it all, just go to VA Research . . .
they'll send you the whole thing set-up configured and ready to rock
(and their reputation around here is stellar).
