I have no idea how to do it and need some collective wisdom from this group.
Is there a software program that would allow me to match colors in jpeg &
gif images to an html color code (such as #000099,#000066 = dark blue)? Are
there any programs that allow you to create jpeg & gif images using html
color codes?
I'm going looney, tuney trying to match graphics to cell/frame/etc
backgrounds.
