I use this wonderful palette.gif that Brent Eades led us on to
which I load into PSP and match the colors against those that are
safe.  Brent has it on his site somewhere.  He also has a lookup
at http://www.almonte.com/color3.html

Then there is the table at Dot paragon at
http://www.dotparagon.com/resources/color.html

None of which automatically brings the colors in.
