For what it's worth, before joining IBM about 15 months ago, my rate was
$AU120 per hour, which is about $80 US. That's for a multi-awarded
advertising and direct response copywriter with 20 years experience, and
about 5 years interactive writing experience (disk and CD - about 3 years
Web). I hadn't charged under $100 since 1990.
