Barry,
One of our clients is using PacBell. Haven't heard any complaints. Don't
know what they're paying. In theory, if you go straight to PacBell you cut
out two possible sources of trouble (Brainstorm and Northpoint/Covad) but I
don't know what their tech support is like if you have problems. Also, I've
heard that it can be tough to get DSL ordered and installed correctly
directly from PacBell.
