I have intermittent problems reaching this server also. Dunno why
exactly, excessive traffic occasionally I suppose.
Here's an odd one... I tried to get through to vancouver-webpages.com
the other day and couldn't... so went to Google to look for other
meta reference pages, and got a link to a Google-cached version of
the entry page for the site... loaded that, and began clicking links
to other pages on the site... got to them (actual, non-cached
versions) directly, no problems. Went back and typed in the entry-
page URL, timed out again. Weird.
So try Google. Can't remember the exact string I used, think it was
"meta tags guide" or something. Anyway, you should be able to find
some cached pages from vancouver-webpages.com there.
