Yes,

It looks like a path problem because when I launch it manually using .CMD, the 
app starts.

When I launch manually using WOStart.exe it doesn't

When I launch using wotasksd it doesn't

When I launch it manually using WOStart, I get a NoDefClassFound and the logs 
show the jars in the Extensions folder (under 
C:\Apple\Local\Library\WebObjects\Extensions) are not loaded.

I still dig to find where the mistake… only on 2012 Server. A way may be to 
install the last Java 1.7 release, I will try.
