I'd make the vertical bar between .org and .com higher - or something.

It wasn't until I reread this text that I noticed that the two halves
were different.  The differences are pretty subtle if indeed this is
the key message :-)

This sounds like you are adding a layer of slightly duplicated stuff on top
of an unchanged set of existing pages, rather than reusing/retiring the
existing pages.

As a step along the way, this is probably OK, as long as there is an intention
to clean up the cruft, remove duplication, and streamline the site in the near
future.

I'd like us to avoid a twisty, conflicting, stale and otherwise confusing
maze of web pages left over from previous years; after this set of additions,
the site map is going to show even more duplication/sprawl.
