It looks like the newbies page and the help page you refer could
potentially be combined with my draft 'help' page. I'll work on this and
send around a new draft later today. Much appreciated! Of course, this
wouldn't fix the issue Simon raised about .com being the place to seek
help, but I think that is a conversation that needs to continue and one
we might not finish until we get some real user feedback. Let me know if
you have more thoughts on that broader topic.
