Will paid support be there on day one? I am not sure. I agree with all the comments that it should be clearer about what lives in what bucket (org/com), who the audience is for each, what the offerings are, etc, however the current problem is that those answers are not yet clear. We took a stab at a splash page that was more high-level in terms of 'what is .com versus .org', but it wasn't working without those answers being pretty locked down. That's why I think in the short term the landing pages are going to have to offer more of the detail in terms of where we are and where we think we are going. And keep the feedback coming.
