While NetBeans PHP IDE 6.0 on the menu just after NetBeans IDE 6.0 looks
quite redundant, it might be useful if the IDE has everything 'related
to PHP' pre-configured.
I know NB users need not download the PHP plug-in separately when using
this invocation. But they still need to configure Apache Server in the
Services tab. Since Apache path and PHP path is known, can we also
pre-configure Apache server for NB? Does NetBeans support bundling a
pre-configured server runtime?
