The link you posted just took me to MY analytics page where it said I had 30 raindrops available and have used (ever) 0. Since I do two daily uploads per day to fill in the gaps on WU I am clearly not using any raindrops, so unlikely to be hit by anything, and in fact appear to be only using 40 calls per day when 500 per day and 10 per minute are available under free stratus plan.
