Hard to say without seeing the log. See the wiki article Help! Posting to weewx user <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/Help!-Posting-to-weewx-user> for how to get a good log.
Also, what do you mean by, "I cant see the Sainlogic WS3500". Using what tool?
