Since you mentioned that you are interested in the Ambient WeatherBridge I
thought you should know that I'm no longer recommending the WeatherBridge.
I feel that the TP-Link hardware has reached its limit (not enough CPU
power and software code is running at 94% RAM used, which makes menu
navigation frustrating and unreliable. It is just that the Meteobridge
software keeps gaining more and more capabilites and needing more
resources. But fear not as the software in the WeatherLink is just
Meteobridge and the good news is that now you can run Meteobridge on a
Raspberry Pi and it runs perfectly. You gain the Meteobridge PRO features
and it runs really fast and reliably. Do keep in mind that Meteobridge on
the Raspberry Pi requires special SD card so be sure to review those
recommendations. It is very simple to set up as you just copy the image to
the SD card and power the Raspberry Pi on and then it is ready to go for
you to configure with its nice web interface.
