Yes, and while Baby Hope is a nice story, we really need to begin creating a Weingartean Race, in an attempt to save the planet. I wonder if they would ever find a cure.
Meanwhile it's nice to know that John Kerry is still fodder for the Republicans. John, please, there's an election approaching. Kindly STFU. It was me who wrote into the chat today about flying Cape Air. It's all true, my folks fly it all the time and have become friendly and they do routinely add the weight. At flight time there was a pool of 23 passengers for the 2:30 departure. There are three cessnas. So they rank you by weight, and then call an assortment for each plane. Christ it's humiliating to realize that I was "the anchor". And I probably did undercut myself by about 10 pounds. Emergency landings usually go quite well, right? What concerned me more than weight is that the "co-pilot" seat, on a 9-seater, is given over to a passenger. There's one pilot, who could pass out or become incapacitated for myriad reasons, but we also have a passenger sitting at controls. In my case, a woman who has had many plastic surgeries, and looked like that weird cat lady, occupied the seat. I was praying to nobody in particular that she did not get the urge to end it all. I overheard that she was on the cape with the "Tall Club". Women have to be 5'10 and men have to be 6'2. Does anyone else find this ridiculously stupid and absurdly pretentiuos? And I live to type again. Love, James --- In [email protected], "Ellen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > ok you said it first--I think you two would be a great match.
