The way it works is: 39 cents an ounce up to a certain weight, and anything over 6.99 is "all you can eat," unlimited return trips.
I may have the per ounce weight wrong... but it is ridiculously cheap and I usually get a half dozen strips of bacon, a piece of french toast, a little bit of scrambled eggs, an english muffin and whatever fresh fruit is in season for under four bucks.
